Beach House with Ocean View

Escape your routine life at Seascape, a beautiful oceanfront beach house with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the ships sail thru the canal and dolphin go by from the deck.
Spacious house that can sleep 12 people. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, cook top oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee pot, crock pot, blender, dishes, utensils, and a variety of pots and pans.
House is equipped with high speed xfinity internet with WIFI, washer and dryer for you to use.
There are beach access areas just one block to the right or couple of blocks to the left. You can visit Surfside's Jetty Park (only 3 blocks away) where you can bird watch, fish, or see the ships entering or exiting the deep-water seaport in Freeport.
Pets are considered providing additional pet fee is charged for each and every pet that you may bring to the house whether they are inside the house or outside the house. Enhance your beach stay with our convenient golf cart rentals for guests!”

Excellent place to stay

Had a great week! House was just as advertised. Very peaceful. Had a great time watching the surfers and ships coming and going. The local beaches are great. Only an hour from Galveston if you need a change of scenery.

Best staycation ever!

We do staycations all over Texas and this was the best house we have stayed thus far! The house was spotless and fully stocked with soaps, towels and everything you need. We were so impressed with this house and the views of the water, the sun and moon rise were phenomenal! We plan to stay here again!

Awesome time !

We had such a nice experience, the house is very nice, clean and comfortable. We have a son on the spectrum for those families who understand the struggle, the communication with the manager was wonderful, everything was smooth and nice , awesome location. We rent the golf cart and that was a plus! My son had a ton of fun in a very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent stay

We had a great weekend at Jay’s place. Beachfront location is perfect with awesome ocean view especially the sunrise. Home was clean and space was perfect for our family of 7. My son was able to surf, and we all had a relaxing weekend just watching the waves and some ships come and go.

Nice house, great for ship watching

We enjoyed the house, especially sitting on the porch watching ships come and go. Rooms were clean with all the essentials, and Jay was very accommodating. If it hadn't rained every day, it would have been an overall great vacation.

Great spot

Great house with all the amenities. Super clean. Jay was great at communicating all the things that were needed up to and during the stay. Had a question for him at one point and he responded immediately and was extremely accommodating. Book it.

Very clean home with oceanfront views!

This was our second time to stay at Jay’s house! Both times it was spotless! You can tell he goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are happy! Great Vacay

The house was very nice, spotless, very clean and smelled so good to be across from the ocean. The sheets even smelled so fresh and clean. All around nice stay, will definitely stay again. I will definitely tell all our friends and family about it. Jay the Host was wonderful also. He responded so quick with any question I had. 5 star for sure!

Exceptionally a 10/10

When researching this house, I had a hard time believing that was actually a 10/10. Well, believe all the reviews because this house was exceptional! All the little extras were thoughtful and the place is so clean! My family came down to attend a wedding in Angleton and I am so glad we stayed here! The host is very responsive and all the information was very accurate. The lift was a life saver. We will be back! Great reviews for a great house!

Fun Family Spring Break in Surfside

We had an awesome stay for our 6 nights in Surfside. The view from the front deck cannot be beat! We loved watching the waves roll in, and seeing the ships come in and out by the jetty was fantastic. The house was very clean and just as listed/pictured. It was more than enough space to accommodate my family of 5 (2yo, 5yo, and 9yo) and also my parents. The house came fully stocked with coffee and supplies, toiletries, kitchen appliances and utensils, pots and pans, etc. The grill on the deck was in great shape and convenient to use. We just got home this evening and are already missing our rental. Jay was great at communicating with us prior to check in, during our stay, and after we had checked out. He was kind and accommodating. If you are looking for a great house in Surfside look no further!

The house is across the street from the seawall with an unobstructed view of the gulf. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the amenities provided. Also, there was easy access to restaurants and places of interest in the area. We would definitely recommend the property to others.

Great beach location, views and house!

Great location and view was amazing! The property was as described and shown in pictures online. The added amenities were a nice touch (snacks & Kcups). The house was great for the six adults in our group. Definitely recommend! Surfing Santa was a great suggestion!
