"Clean room "

"Clean, comfortable room, bed, Lovely front desk folks. Parking was an issue but no fault of the staff. No breakfast included in the room price but could not have enjoyed anyway because we had to catch a very early bus to Logan."

"The breakfast menu was fresh, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They addressed a concern I had and made my stay pleasant."

"Currently doing renovations so main lobby closed and used small entrance. Booked room with balcony but unfortunately it rained during the day before we got there and the chair pillows were left out to get soaked. Finally dried out by morning but made the balcony less appealing. Nice room, big bed and great TV. No parking (and valet parking is $45/night which seems excessive). No room service but plenty of great restaurants 4 minutes away on foot. Highly recommend "Elizabeth" around the corner on Wharf Street."

"The restaurant staff , including the restaurant manager was very helpful. The person at the front desk should not be at any front desk. Upon checking in Iwe were told we were not staying at the Inn itself but Carriage house. In other words where people that wanted to bring their dogs stayed. We do not have a dog nor do they have a elevator in the carriage house."
