"My immediate family from NC and my extended family from VA have rented on Lake Gaston every summer for the past 6 years and this is our favorite house so far! Communication with the host was easy and there was always a quick reply. The house was clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need and more and the house has many games, books and other items for entertainment. The property is well kept with a fairly level walk down to the lake. The dock is very spacious with a shaded area, a table, and plenty of chairs. Mins from a dollar store and Food Lion. "
