A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace anchors the living area as its natural centerpiece, and the dining table seats six for slow mornings with coffee from the Keurig coffee maker or a big group dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, so feeding a crowd after a day outside is no trouble at all.

Downstairs is where the fun gathers. The family room rolls right into a game room with a ping-pong table, and a media room keeps everyone entertained with a TV, board games, and a small DVD collection for low-key nights in. All TVs are equipped with Roku, and high-speed internet keeps streaming, remote work, and easy trip planning covered. The garage also has a BBQ grill available for guest use, making it easy to cook up dinner and enjoy a casual meal after a full day outside. The hot tub sits indoors in the solarium, accessible through doors from the kitchen, deck, and front porch, so a long soak stays easy no matter the weather. When it's time to turn in, the main-floor primary suite features a king bed, double doors that open straight onto the top deck, and a spa-style bath with a deep soaking tub and a separate step-in shower. A lower-level room offers a king with a twin trundle behind French glass doors, while the upper loft holds two more queen rooms, one with an extra twin daybed for the kids. Bedroom 5 sits off the game room with a queen bed, rounding out the layout with comfortable room for a group of up to thirteen.

The setting is the kind of South Whidbey hideaway people drive onto the island for. Frank D. Robinson Beach and the calm shore of Mutiny Bay sit just minutes away for beachcombing, tide-pooling, and Olympic Mountain sunsets, and the wide off-leash sands of Double Bluff are a short drive south. Freeland Park on Holmes Harbor has a boat launch and a pair of resident bald eagles, and the artsy seaside village of Langley is about fifteen minutes east, full of galleries, bakeries, and little shops along the water. Greenbank Farm and the rhododendron trails of Meerkerk Gardens are ten minutes north, and the Clinton ferry, roughly twenty minutes away, carries you back to the mainland on a twelve-minute crossing whenever you feel like wandering farther.

- Please note that the indoor fireplaces in the primary bedroom and family room are non-operational and are not available for guest use.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.

Parking Details:
- On-site parking is available for up to five (5) vehicles.
- Vehicles may be parked in front of the garage, with additional cars stacked behind and along the driveway.
- To ensure all vehicles fit comfortably, please park thoughtfully and avoid blocking access points where possible.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
