"Our first stay at the Wingate by Wyndham, but definitely not the last. Jackson is our stopping place on a two day trip that we often make. We travel with our small dog, so PET FRIENDLY is our first priority. Not only is the Wingate pet-friendly, but their pet fee is only $25. That compares to $75 at other nearby hotels. In addition, the rooms were newly updated, the beds VERY comfortable and the rooms were roomy. Breakfast was included and tasty. The Wingate by Wyndham will be our new “GO TO” destination for our road trips. "

"Room was clean and spacious with a great shower (temp/pressure). Breakfast was good, but the cappuccino machine was out of order for my entire stay (4 nights) with seemingly no plans to repair. The fitness center and pill were sometime"

"I will never use Hampton inn again. They charge a $75 fee for your pet. I have never paid more than $20-$25. This was a complete rip off. Do they charge $75 for extra kids who will do more damage than my dog. Never again. Hotels. Com needs to find a way to inform us on these costs before we commit to a non refundable stay."

"The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The walls were thin and the biggest negative was that there was a coffee pot with a teeny little bit of coffee that made one half cup of weak coffee. And the lobby didn’t open until 9 in Saturday! We had to go to the store to get coffee and filters for the next morning. My dad, who was staying in a different room, asked the room cleaner for more coffee and she acted like she didn’t know what he was talking about."
