Grand visit

Wonderful place to stay. Quiet country setting but easy access to area businesses. We enjoyed getting away from grandkids and their animals, after a busy morning/afternoon. Definitely a place to return to in the furure.

Great place for a peaceful get away

Really nicely decorated and furnished little farmhouse within a short drive of SUNY Fredonia, Lake Erie shore attractions and NY vineyards. Beautiful country setting. So quiet! It was so nice NOT having traffic noise all the time and still be in a convenient location!

It was a very enjoyable stay. The entry is easy with no steps to navigate.The kitchen has everything you need to cook in. The rooms are comfortable with lots of space. It has a very nice bathroom and we appreciated being able to do our laundry. We highly recommend it.
