"Comfortable Stay"

"My room was cold first day then smell of burning meat like a bbq came through after midnight. Eventually it dispersed after a couple hours. Couldn’t sleep because of it. Second night was fine. Overall good enough for my reasons to be there. "

"Carpets from front desk to rooms smell so bad!! They need to be ripped out and replaced with laminate flooring. Unfortunately we had to walk through motel then up a couple of flights of stairs. I have mobility issues. The room was clean but very out dated but what was worse, the toilet is sooo low. Not hip replacement friendly or anyone with mobility issues. The breakfast was very good. Hot foods. Attendant at breakfast very helpful and friendly. Decided not to stay a second night due to room and bathroom facilities."

"The overnight stay was good but not remarkable. The breakfast selection wasn’t very tasty but did the job. Carpets in the room give it a 80’s feel. Time for an upgrade in 2026."

"Your location was amazing. It was a great spot, not too far from downtown Fredericton. There was originally a few pick ups between my last second booking through Expedia and the hosts system aligning. But they swiftly organized it out and insured that I still had a place to say as they figured out what was going on. I had a great experience staying over here! "
