AC didn’t work. Large Bugs in the room. Chemical smell - smelled awful. Shorted in towels. No staff on duty to help. Front desk locked up tight even at 9:30 am. Paid for two nights but left after first night . No refund and no one around to complain to., This place is an absolute toilet of a hotel.

Jessica, the check in girl, truly deserves five stars. The rest was problematic at best, and I say that as an unpicky person who just wanted a place to sleep. There was McDonald's in the drawer and stained sheets. Management waived off my concerns, swore the place was clean and the stain was a technicality, but given the food left I can't see that being the case. The moldy nugget behind the nightstand was the last straw. You really do get what you pay for, but this is the worst place I've ever been in. I've never even left a one star review for a business in my life.

OMG, do not stay here. We felt so unsafe. The pictures are not anything like what it is. Front desk guy was very nice. He came immediately to fix something that was broken.

Gentleman who answered the phone was very pleasant. The room smelled like it was just cleaned and was very neat. Ample parking right outside of the hotel. Safe neighborhood.

Our stay here was pleasant. I just wish that the lady at the service desk would not have followed me around when I was upstairs in the dining area getting my breakfast. I felt like she was watching over my shoulder . Otherwise it was nice .
