The Hackberry - Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Close to Main!

Summary:
The Hackberry is newly renovated, luxurious and close to Main Street. This gorgeous home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a spacious living area, beautiful kitchen, wine room and large private yard, which features a gas fire pit and large screened-in porch with TV, lounging area and hot tub.

Home is located in the heart of Fredericksburg, near all the wineries and just 20 minutes to Enchanted Rock State Park!

The Space:
This immaculate home has been professionally designed. There is one master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms and an additional bathroom in the center of the home. A modern kitchen is open to large living area and connects to a private wine room/dining area. The home sits on an enormous and beautifully landscaped lot. A gas fire pit is adjacent to a large screened-in porch, containing a TV, bar area with mini-fridge, outdoor sectional and hot tub.

Other Things to Note:
Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

Highly recommend Hackberry! House was just as pictured, living room is very spacious and comfortable. The master does not have a connecting bathroom but it's right outside the door in the hallway. Only connecting bathroom is in the room with the queen and the full. Twin bedroom is in the back of the house which was perfect for the tweens. Hot tub was clean, gas fire pit was lovely and easy to use. We needed batteries and Joe was super responsive and had someone drop them off within 30 min from calling. Great little spot in Fredericksburg and although a bit far to walk to Main street, it was very easy to find parking.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hot tub was very nice. Clean and perfect temperature. The house was very nice, it was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy every meal. Have to mention the beds, they were incredibly comfortable!Joe was quick to respond to any messages we sent. I would highly recommend staying here, we will come back if in Fredricksburg again.
