Quick weekend getaway
A friend and I came for 2 nights from Austin for a quick weekend! It was so nice we both had our own space to relax, the beds were soooo comfortable, and the house was close to everything! Absolutely plan on coming back!

Beautiful Property
The house is beautiful, clean and has all the amenities you need. Whether you want to stay in and grill or take in a wine tour, the house is centrally located to downtown Fredericksburg. The hot tub was a great touch, especially after being out all day enjoying the sites. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay in a Peaceful, Well-Kept Home Near Town!
We had a wonderful stay at this home in Fredericksburg! The house was absolutely perfect – clean, well-kept, and equipped with all the right amenities. The location was ideal, being close to town but tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fredericksburg!

What an incredible place designed with the guest in mind. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. Game room in the garage was a very nice touch. Well stocked amenities-we had everything we needed right there. Excellent communication from host.

Five Star Property
We’re rental regulars, renting spots annually. My wife and I agree that this was one of the best we’ve visited. House is perfect in every way. The entertainment area, game room, hot tub, fire pit and gazebo were easily accessible and perfect for a relaxing evening. Bed’s comfy, bathrooms are spacious with large showers. Location is excellent! Close to downtown but very quiet and surrounded by other large properties. Choose 309 for your next visit to Fredericksburg, you’ll love it. Definitely a five star property!!

Great little property with all the amenities and the host Joe was fantastic through the entire process. Highly recommend staying here again.Coffee under the pergola with air and lights. Lovely fire pit and hot tub. Even makeup towels. Everything made for perfect relaxing weekend!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Joe was excellent to work with and always eager to help if we had needed anything. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. We enjoyed early mornings and late evenings relaxing in the gazebo. We didn't use the hot tub as we were there for The October Fest but it was perfect if we had had time to enjoy it. The home itself was very clean, decorated beautifully and accomadated us all very well. Thank you for sharing this VRBO with us.
