Happy 34th anniversary

This place is spectacular. Location is great and just steps from the heart of Main St. The bed was also very comfy! I recommend a stay here for sure!

Great location!

We have stayed in FBGTX many times and this was the closest to main we have been. Able to walk to our favorite shops and restaurants and easy access to parking. The place was clean, spacious, and well decorated. This will defiantly be on our list of places to stay in Fredericksburg.

Elopement

My now husband and I decided to elope in Fredericksburg. This was literally the best location for that! Close to the location to get married and close to all the shopping with tons of options for food/drinks. Everything we needed was in walking distance. If it’s your first time here, we would highly recommend this place. It was perfect!

Perfect Location

This is an excellent place to stay for any couple that wants to experience Fredericksburg. The studio is right on Main Street with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The studio has a full kitchen and a comfortable king size bed. Check in and check out was very easy.

Great location and super cute!

My husband and I stayed here for one night in Fredericksburg and it was amazing! Great location right off Main Street, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, and even a parking space! The loft apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything you would need away from home! We will definitely stay here again. ❤️

Valentine’s Weekend in Fredricksburg TX

We just celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary in Fredericksburg this past weekend. We cannot say enough great things about this property— from its cleanliness to new contemporary decor and full-size kitchen and its central proximity to all things on Main Street. The off-street private parking is an outstanding bonus in a town notoriously tough to find parking during the weekend. The host is accommodating and communicative. Don’t pass this property up on your next overnight stay. We certainly will be back.

Perfect location for a memorable weekend.

Excellent, convenient location walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. All the amenities one would need, love the full kitchen, comfortable bed. Clean, fresh, modern decor. Studio that feels more like a one bedroom apartment and looks exactly as nice as the photos online. Nice ambiance with music playing when you arrive, makes you feel like home. Perfect for a weekend getaway for two.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved this property. The location was perfect for our few days in Fredericksburg. The location was ideal to drop off our bags before hitting the other side of the street. Great restaurants are within walking distance. This trip was a mom/daughter trip and we slept like babies in the comfy bed and the pillows were perfect! Everything was super clean and comfortable. The home had everything we needed! Easy to get in and out and we appreciated the fact that we had reserved parking! Walking in to welcoming music on the tv was a nice touch! We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends/family.

Hidden Gem on Main

This studio loft on Main was an absolute gem! My wife and did a short trip to FBG and didn’t want to have to Uber / hike from the nearby neighborhood to just get to Main Street. I booked the is place with low expectations. I was wrong. The “studio” was plenty spacious, well furnished, decorated, and in great condition. To make it better, we could walk to all the restaurants, shops, and bars easily. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

I'll echo what every one else is saying

Location is perfect. You get a designated parking spot right next to the apartment. The apartment itself is behind the buildings on Main st. so you don't hear any noise. Easy instructions to get in and to check out. There's a really nice coffee shop around the corner (Sunday Supply) that's only a 5 min walk. We'll definitely be coming back!

Perfect spot

Having never been to Fredericksburg before, I couldn’t fully grasp how great the location of this condo is. There’s copious opportunities to be drinking while wandering the town, so it’s nice to be able to do so on foot. It’s also convenient to have the peace of mind of a parking spot just for you, as this is a popular town. We enjoyed not having to hunt or battle for a parking spot. This unit is magically both right in the most happening area and yet super quiet. We heard no noise from the shop below. I initially booked this place because I wanted to be able to do some laundry while I was there. If you need laundry, you’ll notice this is one of the only rentals around that offers it. The place is perfect. Just book it!

20th Anniversary getaway

The unit was very clean with modern appliances and a Nespresso machine stocked with coffe pods. The coffee was great! The icemaker in the freezer was full of ice. The flight of stairs to the front door was a bit if a hike for us 75 year olds but not too bad...unless you forget something in your car and have to go back down to get it! The bed and pilows were really comfortable. The curtains were very sheer so they did keep out as much light as we would have liked. We like it dark at night. There was also more surrounding noise at night than we thought there would be. On balance the place was very nice but probably a little overpriced for what you get compared with other rentals we have stayed at. But is was a nice place to get away to for our special anniversary.
