The Space:
Three bedrooms & three full baths with multiple outdoor spaces. Design forward, the house incorporates fun moments, colorful art, and plenty of attention to details. Designed by Tina Hambly Creative. Thoughtful amenities such as a second fridge, bedside chargers, fully equipped kitchen, nourishing body wash + hair products, tons of blankets, extra pillows/luxury linens, outdoor blankets for fire side chats, fully stocked coffee bar, and more delights.

Perfect location as we are a couple of blocks to Main Street (3 min drive or Uber) and 10 minutes to wineries. One porch faces a large ranch pasture. There are llamas, turkeys, black bucks, herds of sheep, donkeys and more that roam. Who will come out to say hi to you! The view is beautiful and the facing porch has the best sunset view - Texas sky big!

We have multiple outdoor spaces, including a lounge deck under a large pecan tree, a fire pit area, two outdoor dining areas, a hot tub deck, and three porches to relax. Come play corn hole, grill up some burgers and sit fireside among our string lights. Bonus: Fredericksburg is a dark sky town so the star viewing is beautiful.

We provide hot tub towels, fire starters and plenty of games for fun. Is cooking your thing? We have a fully stocked kitchen for cooks, grilling tools and tons of spices for flavors.

We have partnered with local providers for transportation services, event decorating, cakes, and more. Just let us know what you need and we will point you the way!

The Neighborhood:
We are located blocks from Main street in a quaint neighborhood of Fredericksburg. The house is directly across from a large ranch where we often see goats, turkeys, antelopes and deer and the sunset view is Texas big. It feels remote yet you are about 3 minutes to Main Street.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking in front and on the side of the house. Uber is readily available. We also can recommend great wine tour/transportation providers. We are also right around the corner from the Herb Farm where there is a spa and fab restaurant & bar.

Other Things to Note:
Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled on either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday each week. Typically, spa maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.
