Patio Sisters is an urban chic compound, offering four guest quarters within walking distance of Fredericksburg's Main Street attractions. Each of the four suites is named for one of the "sisters," and each offers the comforts of home plus the added bonus of a fantastic location in the heart of Fredericksburg's historic district. While each suite of Patio Sisters makes for the perfect private get-away, you can also rent all four making it an ideal setting for small groups of up to 8. Enjoy your privacy but with the added advantage of close proximity to your traveling companions.
In any of the Patio Sisters suites you will enjoy a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan above a comfortable king size bed. You will also appreciate the 42" TV with cable selections along with complimentary wireless internet. Each suite also includes a mini-bar perfect for making a cup of coffee in the morning. Your oversized bathroom includes a chic galvanized metal shower with rainwater head above.
All of the Patio Sisters also offer that most popular romantic amenity...the private hot tub plus an outdoor wood-burning fireplace (wood provided). If you are looking for great amenities, sleek and simple design and a great location close to all that Fredericksburg has to offer, then you're sure to enjoy Patio Sisters in the Hill Country, Texas!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

We stayed for two week nights and really enjoyed the space. The hot tub was turned on prior to our arrival and was hot by night 1. Centrally located to Main street so we were able to walk around town easily. Will definitely be staying again.

This was my first visit to the Hill Country. Absolute Charm gave me the perfect base of operations for a wonderful weeklong vacation. Bed is super comfortable. Great decorations and nice huge shower with overhead rain. Loved the location to town. Enjoyed the back patio fire and hot tub every night we were there. Oh fantastic price. Amazing property

Our time was very relaxing and we were able to enjoy the wood fireplace on the patio and the hot tub was perfect. The location is only a few blocks from Main Street and GPS said a 19 minute walk to the shops and a 2 minute drive. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Everything was very fresh and clean! This is our new place to stay in Fredricksburg!

The property is well laid out. The high ceiling makes it feel bigger. Nice little patio for relaxing , it would be better with comfortable seating.The hot tub wasn't very clean. The bed is very comfortable, but very high. If you are short or have mobility issues, this could be a problem. There is a microwave, frig and keureg in the room.

Fredericksburg weekend romantic get-away!

We loved the little touches: beach towels, cork screw, coffee cups, fire starts (even though unused). Overall it was a good experience and we would recommend it to our friends. We would defined come back. Wished the wine glasses were plastic, y’all need a hair dryer, cozy chairs to watch the tv inside and more comfy chairs on the patio. (Something with a cushion. )

We loved this place! Cute room, good location! Perfect for a couples get away! Only thing I would change would be the shower.... nice big shower, but It only had 1 rain head. Thus equally to poor water pressure and if 2 people shower, someone being cold. I also wish there was a little more privacy between the neighboring rooms for the hot tub area and a kitchen area (sink) with water or ice.

We only had 2 desires. One would be for a more comfortable sitting area to read. The barrel is nice but the mirror could be moved there and a couple nice chairs and a small table would add a lot. Second thing is maybe the shower head could be bigger. Other than that it has a great location and is very nice.

Great Getaway

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property during our 2 day escape from our 4 small children! Its within walking distance of the heart of Main Street Fredericksburg, so we only got in our vehicle to hit a winery outside of town. The property was clean and coming back to build a fire on the patio and sit in the hot tub after a day of walking around Fredericksburg was great. One thing to keep in mind is there is no freezer or bottled/filtered water, so bring some bottled water and a cooler, if you care about that kind of thing. Check in/check out was super easy and communication with the property manager was easy and quick. We will absolutely be staying here again!

I get it that this place is supposed to be fun and funky, but it rather fell short of being functional so far as we were concerned. A metal stool with a slit in the seat so that things will fall through it was not really the ideal nightstand that its positioning suggested it was intended to be used for. The kitchenette provided no plates, bowls or teaspoons and had only one knife! Getting onto the bed was challenging as we are both quite short; but it was supremely comfortable and we enjoyed how big it was. Nevertheless, I do not think we would be back.

Great location. Quite. Loved the fire pit, wood and kindling readily available and that is rare for B&B. Very comfortable bed. We were able to check in early. Very clean. Heater worked great and it was very cold. Would have liked drawers for clothes. Bathroom sink leaked really bad. When turn on water it sprays the front of your pants and water leaks into drawers below sink. But that can be easily fixed. Would still recommend and will come back.

Had a death in the family and tried to cancel. Missed the cancelation window but 3 days, and they didn’t give us any option to reschedule. I understand there is a 10 day policy, but I’d expect people to have a heart and understand that there are things people cant control. With that said, we still went and had a good time.

Excellent location and charm

We wanted a quick weekend get-away before the holiday madness. The Patio Sisters property was perfect for this. The room was clean, cozy and had all the amenities. Our room has a Keurig coffee maker, a mini fridge, and a microwave. Coffee and cream was provided. The best part was the fire place and hot tub. Although we did not use the hot tub, My wife and I spent a few hours by the fireplace with the stars. It was quiet, private, peaceful and restful. Firewood and fire starters were provided. The location is two blocks off of main. We ended up at the Western Edge one evening with an incredible duo of singer/song writers. Mike Blakely is one to catch. This place is a little treasure and we hope to return in the future.

I booked a stay here for our 14th wedding anniversary!! We stayed in the Teagan room and wasn't disappointed!!! Great place to have a couples getaway!!!! Husband LOVED the shower!! I LOVED the hot tub and fireplace outside!! We will be recommending The Patio Sisters to everyone one!!
