Patio Sisters is among the most urban chic Fredericksburg, Texas cottages, offering four private guest suites within walking distance of Fredericksburg's Main Street attractions.
Each of the four suites is named for one of the "sisters," and each offers the comforts of home plus the added bonus of a fantastic location in the heart of Fredericksburg's historic district. While each suite makes for the perfect private get-away, you can also rent all four making it an ideal setting for small groups of up to eight guests.
In any of the Patio Sisters suites you will enjoy a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan above a comfortable King-sized bed. You will also appreciate the 42" TV with cable selections along with complimentary wireless internet. Each suite also includes a mini-bar perfect for making a cup of coffee in the morning. Your oversized bathroom includes a chic galvanized metal shower with rainwater head above.
All of the Patio Sisters also offer that most popular romantic amenity of the private hot tub plus an outdoor wood-burning fireplace (wood provided).
If you are looking for great amenities, sleek and simple design and a great location close to all that Fredericksburg has to offer, then you're sure to enjoy Patio Sisters!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

What a great hidden gem just a few minute walk to Main Street. The room was perfect, the hot tub was amazing and the outdoor fireplace was the final piece to a beautiful weekend in the hill country. Will be back.

My spouse and I absolutely loved the patio sisters in the Clair room! Perfect size, the bed was so comfy, the hot tub was great for the evenings or early morning. Just overall perfect for us two. Would absolutely recommend. We loved the Clair because of it’s location compared to the other rooms, it seemed a little more private than the others since it was at the back and no one to the left of us. Also the location of the patio sisters was perfect, not right in town but on a nice day could definitely walk to main st.

Fredricksburg get away

This place was so quaint and well thought out. It was great location with walking distance to restaurants. We loved the hot tub. We didn’t need WiFi but if you needed it the service was not reliable. You could get it on the front porch but not reliably in the house or back patio. Would stay here again!

We were a group of 5 friends and we booked 3 cottages. Patio Sisters was the perfect choice for our friends get together. We each had our own rooms but had wonderful areas to gather to enjoy a glass of wine or snacks. Loved the privacy of our patio and hot tub. We were close enough to Grand Central to enjoy an evening of Jazz music. The venue had great little shops and eateries. My husband and I loved being able to take a walk through the beautiful neighborhood to see the historic homes. The Christmas lights, wineries and shops made it more fun.

We wouldn't stay here again. The hot tub was not clean. There was no place in the shower for to put soap or shampoo, had to set it on the floor. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was comfortable and location was quiet.

Loved this cute little house in Fredericksburg. It's about a 15 minute walk from downtown's main street shopping/restaurants. A short drive and easy parking too if you'd rather drive. Loved how quiet and cozy it was, and loved the private outdoor area with fireplace and hot tub. We loved everything about it, except that the hot tub could have been hotter, and we couldn't seem to operate the panel, even after talking with management's help. It was tolerable though. The fireplace is nice, and ready to be built, but would be nice to a lighter, starter paper ready for guests. Thank you so much!

Overall the cabin was great. Location, easy walk to Main St. Check In, super easy. Clean. Easy communication with owner. What this place is missing is the small amenities. I was really surprised that they did not have a couple of bottles of water for guest. The bathroom has zero counterspace to put anything. No shower caddy to put your soap or shampoo on. And they need to update their broadban for the tv. We messaged the owners saying we were having trouble and they quickly reponded saying it was slow during peak hours, but we logged into their wifi on our phones and had zero problems. Small details, big impact.

Get stay fie a few nights.

Everything was clean and beautiful like on the website, but not everything in the room was practical. We had a few issues at the beginning which the owners took immediate action, nothing major. The room needed to have a closet, armoire or a free standing clothes hanger with drawers. I don’t like living out of my suitcase and would have preferred a small cheater drawer in the corner of the room besides a wine barrel with a lamp on it. Also needed a refrigerator, not a wine bottle cooler. Needed night stands on each side of the bed. This may not pertain to everyone, but I’m 5’1 and had to run out to by a step stool to get in and out of the bed. The bed was Really comfortable, but was a bit high for me.

Adorable little house. Love the vaulted ceiling throughout. This house is in walking distance to Main St. on a nice quiet street, Very Clean, great bed, and outside area was very nice. It's a great rental for the price. The bathroom was a little disappointing. Not enough counter space, and shower is rustic, no where to set the soap, shampoo, & if you're wanting to shower but not get your hair wet… forget it!
