Patio Sisters is an urban chic vacation compound in the Hill Country, offering four private guest quarters within walking distance of Fredericksburg's Main Street attractions. Each of the four suites is named for one of the "sisters," and each offers the comforts of home plus the added bonus of a fantastic location in the heart of Fredericksburg's historic district. While each suite at Patio Sisters makes for the perfect private get-away, you can also rent all four making it an ideal setting for small groups of up to 8. Enjoy your privacy but with the added advantage of close proximity to your traveling companions.
In any of the Patio Sisters suites you will enjoy a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan above a comfortable king size bed. You will also appreciate the 42" TV with cable selections along with complimentary wireless internet. Each suite also includes a mini-bar perfect for making a cup of coffee in the morning. Your oversized bathroom includes a chic galvanized metal shower with rainwater head above.
All of the Patio Sisters also offer that most popular romantic amenity...the private hot tub plus an outdoor wood-burning fireplace (wood provided). If you are looking for great amenities, sleek and simple design and a great location close to all that Fredericksburg has to offer, then you're sure to enjoy Patio Sisters!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

We loved our stay here and will be back! Perfect amount of space for a few nights away with your partner or bestie! Comfortable bed, private hot tub and patio, and small kitchenette. Wish there was a regular fridge instead of a wine fridge but didn’t really inconvenience us too much.

Took a mother/daughter trip for the holiday break and had a wonderful time. The Patio Sisters-Brooklyn was clean and very nice. We shopped, tasted wine and enjoyed the hot tub! We will be back. Very nice and quiet neighborhood in a great location.

Great place. Close to the Main Street. Hot tub was wonderful and the bed was so cozy. We slept way later than we normally do. My only complaint would be the shower head didn’t spray hard enough. Was hard to get rinsed off.

Everything was great! Stocked with plenty firewood and kindling to get fire started. Provided some wine glasses as well. The only things I wish could've been better are the hot tub and the electric fireplace. The hot could be a little hotter and the fireplace would trip a breaker sometimes and had to reset.

The location was great! Close to everything. Very clean and a very easy process of checking in and out. It was perfect for a little romantic getaway. The hot tub was a great way to relax in the evening after walking around all day. The fridge is a wine cooler but keeps leftovers and beer cold. The coffee pot uses pods, if anyone was wondering. We found this place very pretty and relaxing!

Very cozy and clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood. You can hear the neighboring cottage taking pretty clearly. Also the hot tub wouldn’t heat past 82 degrees which was disappointing. Otter than that we had everything we needed!

We had a great time! The place was clean, so cute, the bed was comfy, the fireplace and hot tub were very nice! The only problem was the hot tub didn’t heat up quickly, so I would say if you want it hot, start warming it hours before you want to get in it! We didn’t warm it ahead of time, so it didn’t get very hot at night, but by the morning it was hot. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Just an over-nighter

It was just a short stay but very enjoyable. Everything neat and clean and just as advertised. I fix a cup of coffee and it was great, but my wife is a hot tea drinker and forgot to bring any. A tiny suggestion… add a few tea bags in with the coffee. We enjoyed the spot. Thanks. One more thing, love that there is not a 2-night minimum required.

Sweet little get away!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and the hot tub was a huge bonus! It rained the entire time we were there so we wish there was coverage on the patio so we could have better enjoyed the hot tub and actually used the outdoor fire place. It also would have been nice if there was a bit more space to hang clothes. The place is in a very convenient location — close enough to Main Street to walk over if you want (lots of great restaurants and stores) and not far from H-E-B. Nice little spot!

Hot!!!!

The place was clean, great location, cute place. But the room was extremely hot to the point we almost left at 4am because my wife and I were sweating so bad. Also the hot tub wasn’t hot, Felt like Luke warm bath water. At a rate of $300 plus a night I would hope that everything worked as it should.
