Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space! Perched atop the hill, this stunning 3 bd/ 2.5 bath brick home takes full advantage of the spectacular views! Situated on 6 acres & located only 4 miles North of Fredericksburg. The 2 story home offers great upper & lower porch that spans the entire front of the home with million dollar views. Inside you will find a tastefully updated Kitchen, big rock fireplace, Bonus room which could be a 4th bedroom or office & formal dining.
This property is set ontop of a hill, about 4 miles north of Fredericksburg. The hill leading up to the home is a bit rocky, it is probably best smaller cars do not try to go up, however it can be done.
Guests are welcome to walk around and enjoy the beautful 6 acres this property has to offer, however please keep in mind it is a rural location which is subject to wildlife such as snakes, scorpions, mice, etc.
