This remodeled custom-designed home is ideal for hosting families, couples, and friends getaways with its beautiful outdoor space harboring a firepit and grill, in addition to its gorgeous open space living concept and amazing dining and kitchen areas. You'll love this home's location and its abundant amenities and we look forward to your stay!

This gorgeous home consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Making the perfect place for each of your guests to relax and unwind. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in. The spacious bedrooms offer the latest mattresses and bedding offering an optimally comfortable and luxurious night's sleep especially after the long days of enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and the local wineries. This home has an amazing back area for morning coffee or for a late-evening cocktail paired with a great bbq cookout.

Introduction of family members from Ohio to Fredricksburg

Clean, quiet, well appointed and comfortable house for six people. Three king beds is very nice. We will try to secure this property next time we visit.

Mulberry fredricksburg property

Check in and communication was great. Property clean and as it was described. Suggestion to clean outside chairs in back and front porch to allow visitors to use when staying. Coffee pot had old filter and coffee grounds that had mold and was forgotten to be cleaned or checked from last guest.

Cute House in Quiet Neighborhood

We went to Fredericksburg for a party with some friends. The house is cute, well-maintained clean, and had everything that we needed for the weekend. When we arrived the door code would not work. I called the host company and they quickly fixed it. The house was very warm and humid, but we figured it was from it not being used. We tried to turn the thermostat down to 72 but it would never go past 76-78. We turn the unit off and let it sit and turn it back on it ran briefly, but then quit blowing. The back bedroom has its own separate air condition unit keeping our friends cool. We called the management company first thing Saturday morning and they sent the handyman out. He figured out that the air condition was frozen and it would need a technician. Dince it was uncomfortable in the house we left early. We were notified between 5 and 6 PM that the technician had arrived and was going to fix it, but we would have to keep the air condition off for several hours. When we arrived back to the home, It was very warm and humid. When we turn the unit on several hours later, as instructed it did blow cold for the rest of the night. Am assuming that it may have been down for a while because when it turned on, there was insulation and debris that blew out of the vents. I have asked for compensation off of the rental price and have yet to get an answer. I am optimistic that the rental company will do the right thing.
