Loved the location! It was a very short drive to anywhere we wanted to go in Fredericksburg (vineyards, restaurants, shops, etc.). All toiletries needed were provided and the decor was really cute. Communication with property was also easily accessible. Highly recommend!

We stayed during the cold front and the fireplace was a nice addition. Everything was clean and we had more than enough towels. The location is at the end of Main Street and close to some good restaurants.

38th Anniversary

My wife and I celebrated our 38th Anniversary in Fredericksburg and it was an amazing celebration. Our room we booked through VRBO was amazing. The time we spent there was short lived because we wanted to stay longer. There are so many things to do and everyone there was very friendly. We are planning our next visit there already!

Nice place to stay for a couple

Had a wonderful weekend getaway with the wife. The property and room were in impeccable condition. Very nice, very clean. Perfect place to stay for a couple. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the bathroom was a little on the small side but nothing bad at all. Getting in and out was easy. Far enough from the crowds that it was quiet but maybe just a little too far to walk. I'd stay there again.

From the beginning of the booking process to checking in process was absolutely easy. They communicated very well with check in process via email and text. Very professional company. Loved this place, the decor and pool! Thank you!!! Unit needs a new bathroom towel rack and consider adding a non-slip mat to bathtub. Way more pluses than minuses here. I’d book again.

Came with my SO and we loved it. It was not too far of a walk to get to great food. You had to walk a bit further for the shops but not bad at all. It was over a hundred degrees so we opted for the vehicle with AC. It was a really nice stay and being in a solo unit there were no shared walls so was extremely quiet. The pool was a nice touch as well with the hot tub. We came during the week so was pretty slow for them and had the pool to ourselves. Would stay here again!

Perfect for two cyclists

We stayed in #13. The cottage was the perfect size, super clean, loads of towels (which i loved!) etc. Ac worked well and there were two quiet ceiling fans. The recliner chairs were a nice touch! Its close to town for a quick drive or uber or walking if looking for a little exercise. We road our bikes out of the driveway which was ideal. I do wish there would have been a toaster. Otherwise everything you need for a 4 day trip.
