Nice place to stay. Old building with lots of character. Agent was very helpful with arranging for our son to stay with us as well on the pull out bed. Great location with parking too.

Anniversary getaway

Great place to stay if you’re wanting to walk to restaurants and shopping. We went during the week for a more quiet stay. The live music from Hondo’s is great to sit and listen to in the living room while relaxing.

Great Cozie getaway

The location of this VRBO was in a perfect area of downtown Fredericksburg with many restaurants and coffee places. The room had a lot of charm and appeal and wasn't just a big room. The room was very Cozie, comfortable and felt like a BNB. Next door is a restaurant with great bands that you can listen and the back entry with its hidden entrance to the room.

Great location, very clean. The address that I was given was not the address to the property but I called the owner and she directed me to the right address. She was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend itzs Inn to everyone who plans on visiting Fredericksburg.

Lovely stay for a quick shopping trip

This was the perfect suite for me and my daughter before she goes back to college. It was relatively quite, but we were here on weekdays and not much was going on. Music played next door at Hondo’s until about 9pm but it wasn’t too loud. If you looking for a nice stay that is in walking distance to all shopping and food, this is your place! Awesome!

Fredericksburg Get-Away!

Tucked between a "wine-garten" and Hondo's, what a pleasant surprise this place was . . . Obviously an older building, but with modern updates that still had a rustic feel. We had everything we needed and commend the management for having an air conditioner that out-performed many other places we have stayed. Finally, a plug for being within walking distance to the shopping action as well as the German Bakery and Altdorf Biergarten. Thank you.

Would not stay here again

We loved the location and it was quiet. Bed and bathroom were good. Unfortunately, the place smelled like mildew, no kleenex, only one coffee cup, no tv, and couldn't access wifi. It's a great old building deserving of respect and curtains without holes. Sad.

Our room was nice but it really needed a full length mirror which was lacking. Also the internet is non existent which was a pain as we needed to work. Host explained Fredericksburg experiences poor internet service when the town is busy but we’ve been many times before and not had this. Convenient location.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Itz Inn and would definitely stay here again. We stayed 2 nights for our 36th wedding anniversary during Spring Break week. Unfortunately Hondo’s was closed the Monday and Tuesday that we stayed so we didn’t get to enjoy the front row seat to the entertainment downstairs. We stayed in the Back Privacy Suite which was an upstairs entry. Very cute! So easy to find. Parking was easy and getting into the suite was a breeze! Check out was also extremely easy and low maintenance. There was a microwave, small cold refrigerator and full size coffeemaker with all needed for coffee in the mornings. We would recommend this place.

Most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on!

The check-in process was nice and smooth, but that’s where the good aspects of our stay ended. The mattress on the only true bed was so hard that my wife and I tossed and turned all night. The internet kept kicking us off and when it worked it was very slow. There is also a nail sticking up in the bathroom that I nearly cut my foot on in the middle of the night. We will definitely return to Fredricksburg but we will never stay here again.

The unit was clean and in a great location.. Within walking distance to everything. The host also recommended the Cabernet Grill for an anniversary dinner which was AMAZING! Will definately book again.
