Rules and other things of note. All TVs are Wifi enabled - bring your Netflix & Hulu logins! No outside music or loud noise after 10 pm, please be respectful to our kind, full time resident neighbors. Our house is on septic, only flush toilet paper and natural waste. No pets allowed and no smoking (of any kind) inside or outside, you will forfeit your deposit to cover the additional cleaning fee.

Quiet time is after 10PM. Parties are not allowed. No smoking of any kind is allowed. Must be 21 to book. There is a $300 refundable security deposit.
If you bring more people than reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund.
If you bring a pet of any kind, you will also be asked to leave without a refund. You must sign Renter Agreement.
