"We had requested when booking this months ago, an accessible room because one person has mobility issues. The room we were given was far from catering to the needs of diable people. If being close to the elevator is your idea of accessible, then you may need retraining. "

During our last stop the young man of the desk Saturday a.m. thought that a full hotel [related to a series of VA soccer tournaments] justified NOT providing requested towels, including choosing NOT to apologize either for failing to have the towels sent or for failing to notify me that housekeeping told him they had no towels to send. We have never had this type of service previously at this venue. Although previous interactions with this young man had suggested his unhappiness with his lot in life, something that never previously diminished our experience, which only made us feel sorry for the young man's personally destructive attitude."
