This cozy bungalow is located on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood just 9 blocks from Downtown! You can experience the idyllic peace and quiet of small town life while still being just minutes from Fredericksburg's famed historic Main Street shopping district. Amenities in the home include a full kitchen, spacious living area, a large private backyard with a grill, washer/dryer exclusively for guest use, and more!

Inside, you will find two queen-size bedrooms with a spacious shared bath. The full kitchen and open concept living area provide plenty of seating for your group, complete with a streaming TV and breakfast bar. Also in the home is a large laundry room with full size machines, exclusively for guest use!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

An excellent stay

This was the perfect home away from home for our Fredericksburg vacation. The charm and ambiance of the home was great and the location is ideal. Quiet, but walkable to downtown. There is an outdoor dining space that is perfect for grilling and relaxing. The host was very professional and all information for check in and check out was provided in a timely manner and was easy to navigate.

Quaint little house

My daughter and I along with grand daughter took a long weekend to get away and hang in Fredericksburg. This house was a great place to bring an 18th month old to relax after a days worth of shopping and seeing all the Christmas decorations.

We used this place as a couples escape when we realized we wouldn’t have any family around for Thanksgiving. The house was absolutely perfect for the two of us!

Not a pleasant stay

There was no electrical outlet by the head of the wooden bed. I use a CPAP and had to sleep with my head on the foot end. There were no flat surfaces in that bedroom. Where to put charging items (phone and hearing aids) and glasses and a small flashlight? The shower had no shower head. No flat surfaces there either.

1st The driveway is a car killer 2nd There are no instructions about the home, TV, Garbage, Points of interest, No instructions on where to leave the thermostat set when you leave home, No parties or the police will be called, BUT you hear dogs barking next door all night long. 3rd Musty and or moldy smell of the home 4th Dead bugs mostly in the bathroom, Need maintenance in bathroom, Bathroom black lighted and not clean 5th Calls made to phone number and no response
