Slightly Disappointed
The property was absolutely beautiful. Our stay was great, with one small exception. We arrived, followed directions given to us, the code worked. We unloaded our bags and groceries and a short time later, 2 families arrived. We were in the wrong house. We looked around and found the house in the back. I can't believe both houses had the same code. So we had to load everything up and move while these families stood outside waiting for us. It stated that these 2 houses would not rented to two different families at the same time. It was quite embarrassing. I tried to contact the property manager, but he never responded. The property was beautiful, I chose this area because we wanted to be away from other people. It was our first visit to Fredericksburg. Anyway, I think having the same code for both properties is not a smart thing to do....Thanks, Terri Kramphouse. We went to the
