Beautifully renovated bungalow! This stunning one bedroom with a full kitchen is a place in Texas heaven! Slightly off the beaten path allows for a quiet, peaceful stay, yet only a quick 20 minute trip to Main Street for shopping, tasting rooms and world class restaurants!
Enjoy the fire pit and take in the best of what Texas countryside has to offer! This beauty sits next door to Flint River Cottage on the Pedernales River! To ensure your solitude, we allow only one house to be booked at a time!
Book both Flint River Cottage and Mimi's Haus at Flint River Whole Property for a most memorable family reunion or group gathering!

Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC) Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will not be visible.

EXCELLENT

Everything about this house was perfect. Beautiful scenery, very clean, quiet setting. When you book online, it can be hit or miss, but this property was more beautiful than the pictures. We hope to be back—we truly enjoyed it!

Slightly Disappointed

The property was absolutely beautiful. Our stay was great, with one small exception. We arrived, followed directions given to us, the code worked. We unloaded our bags and groceries and a short time later, 2 families arrived. We were in the wrong house. We looked around and found the house in the back. I can't believe both houses had the same code. So we had to load everything up and move while these families stood outside waiting for us. It stated that these 2 houses would not rented to two different families at the same time. It was quite embarrassing. I tried to contact the property manager, but he never responded. The property was beautiful, I chose this area because we wanted to be away from other people. It was our first visit to Fredericksburg. Anyway, I think having the same code for both properties is not a smart thing to do....Thanks, Terri Kramphouse. We went to the
