Emmy's Haus | Country Cabin for Couples

Located a short distance from Main St Fredericksburg, Emmy's have been recently built and stylishly furnished. Emmy's is one of two separate, yet private, houses next door to each other on the property. If you'd like to inquire about also renting the other house on the property (Elle's), please send us a message.

The cabin has an inviting front porch with rockers perfect for watching the mini goats, sheep or wildlife on the property. This open concept one room cabin combines comfort and luxury and has everything you need including a kitchenette and cozy seating area. The luxe bathroom has spacious a walk in shower. The cabin's proximity to Main St. and its serene country surroundings make it the perfect home base for a relaxing getaway.

LOCATION - Less than 3 miles south of Main St.
HOSTS - Your hosts live nearby. Emmy's & Ella's are two cabins next to each other, but are separate and private.
SLEEPS - 2 and has a King bed
BATH - Walk-in shower
KITCHEN - Kitchenette w/ a Keurig coffeemaker, microwave & fridge
BREAKFAST - None; coffee & tea provided
AMENITIES - 50” Roku TV (no live TV), WiFi, a spacious front porch with seating perfect for watching the mini goats, sheep and wildlife.

Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will be visible.

Beautiful Cabin

Stayed for three nights over spring break. The location was perfect, isolated enough to feel relaxing but only a few minutes from Main Street. We loved sitting on the porch with the goats. The bed and pillows were insanely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay!

Emmy's Haus was so cute! If you're looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay, this is the place for you. The goats are also super cute, and, if you're lucky like we were, you might see deer in the mornings from the patio. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The cabin was adorable! Very clean and comfortable. Great access to downtown Fredericksburg, but just far enough away as well. Would 100% stay again!

Quick Restful overnight

I needed a comfortable quiet place and this location fit the bill! Gorgeously decorated and it had everything I needed. The email and text communication systems were helpful and I was able to get right into the cabin. I would stay there again!

Cute and comfortable accomodations, with all basic necessities available (TV with Roku, fridge, microwave, dishes, and coffee maker). Quiet area just a few miles from downtown. Loved the goats always out to greet us.

Cute and Quaint

We enjoyed our short stay at this cabin. It was clean and well furnished for its size. There is a food trucks area close by, and a mom & pop bakery within walking distance. Our favorite part was feeding the nearby goats that were next door. If you're looking for a quiet getaway in the Texas Hill Country area, this would be a great location to stay at!

Great Stay

We loved our stay! The location was perfect for our visit to Fredericksburg. The front porch was so inviting, we had morning our morning coffee out there along with our evening drinks. The goats were also such a treat to watch. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Convenient place for a Fredericksburg getaway

Wife and I really enjoyed the place. Small but plenty of room for our things. Bathroom is actually a good size considering it’s a tiny home. Had our own parking space next to the building, and there’s a small bakery you can walk to nearby to get a quick dessert. Owner was very responsive when I needed something or had a question. The goats around us made for nice entertainment while we were sitting on our porch!

Great Getaway

This space was clean, comfortable and welcoming! Just a short drive to all that Fredericksburg has to offer. With the exception of a dirty towel left on the bathroom- everything was perfect! Will definitely recommend and plant to stay here again.

Emmy's Haus

My wife I spent our 49th wedding anniversary here 11/10/2022. It was very peaceful, relaxing, and a clean property. It is in located away from the city in the country, but yet less than 5 minutes from downtown and many great eating places. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch taking advantage of the peace & quiet, watching the goats, and an occasion deer. This is definitely one of our favorite places & will always consider it when planning our next trip. Highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving 2024

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was perfect for us. Our only concern was as the temperatures dropped and we turned on the heater. The heater/AC filter needs to be cleaned out it is terribly dirty and will most likely affect the unit if not break it. We had heat but it took a long time to get warm and just needs some maintenance.

Emmy's Haus

Emmy's Haus looked to be brand new, was clean and simply but tastefully furnished with everything we needed. Appreciated the bottle of wine left for us, coffee, snacks and chocolates! Our only reason for not offering a rating of 5 is that we were unable to see any TV we are use to as we don't get Hulu and all the other stations they made available if you entered your provider code. Since we use ATT Uverse, that was impossible. We enjoyed our first visit to Fredricksburg and this little haus!

We love staying here. The cute goats come up to the fence everytime we got out of the car and let us pet them. The A/C works great too. Overall would stay here again!
