Every piece of furniture, other than the king-size bed covered with luxurious designer linens, which both of you share, has a twin copy of itself for your better or equal half. This vacation home also has stunning outdoors with a swimming pool and hot tub. Located just two to three blocks from Main Street Shopping, this Downtown Retreat vacation home is an exciting find.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Great place to stay

Property was close to Main Street - loved walking from place to shops and restaurants - too chilly for pool but hot tub was great-would have liked instructions on that but we got it working eventually so was all good!

Alone at last

Walking distance to Fredericksburg shopping area and restaurants. Pool area very nice, although we didn’t use it. Nice spot for a picnic.

What a wonderfully secluded spot located near all shopping, bars, and restaurants! The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The room was immaculate with all that you need to make your stay enjoyable. We will be back!!!

Convenient location

Convenient location within a couple of blocks walk of Main Street. The in wall heater was so loud that it kept both my husband and I awake all night. And I am known for being able to sleep through almost anything 😂. The corner "fireplace" It's just for ambience so it couldn't be used instead and it was really cold out when we stay there. There is about a 1 inch step up into the bathroom which would be helpful if they had some kind of something over it to keep you from stumbling on it. The one time I did contact the owner before check-in, he was so rude, that I didn't bother to complain about the heat. He could've just been having a bad day,. I get that. But still, if you're running a business, you should be careful about how you respond to people via text. I do think the place was very overpriced for what you get. It was basically a motel room.

I need coffee in the morning!

Property location was within walking distance to main street that was great. However, even though the room is decorated to a high standard the chairs are not comfortable and are unworthy of sitting in. The motion light on the front porch stayed on which is fine, but the curtains did not block out the light. We ended up putting a blanket over the window. It took over 40 mins to make 8 cups of coffee, when I dumped the coffee grounds it had white funky flakes in it. After ruining water through the coffee maker twice with a filter in it there was more debri in the filter and the water. Which I realized was hard water build up. Very disappointed no coffee, no breakfast vouchers for the first day nothing. The kitchenette had one fork, one knife, 2 small bowls and 2 small missed match coffee cups but plenty of wine glasses. The grounds were unkept I realize FBG is recovering from a freeze but fixing the flower pots for Easter would have been nice. We had no desire what so ever to sit out on the porch or around the pool. Photographs can be deceiving, I would not recommend staying here. We spent alot of money to many little things add up for a big letdown. I give this property a over all rating of 4.🤨

It is a great location, close to Main Street within walking distance. Very quiet and prefect for us. We enjoyed our stay definitely staying here again.
