Great cabin, great location!

Had a great visit. Property was clean, well stocked, and close to all that Fredericksburg had to offer. My 95 year old mother especially enjoyed all the wildlife we could watch out the front window. Will definitely visit again.

This house was perfect for our annual girls trip. Cute, comfy and conveniently located to all the fun activities that we had planned. The neighborhood was quiet and we even saw deer in the yard on the morning of our departure. Girls getaway weekend

My granddaughter and I stayed at this home for a girls getaway weekend. It was the perfect place to stay. The home is very clean and comfortable, and is close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrises and deer in the mornings. We will definitely book this home next time we visit Fredericksburg.

The Best Vrbo in Fredericksburg

This home was perfect for our stay, 3 adults. The two bed, one bath had all the amenities one could need with a full size kitchen for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. The property is well maintained, and Joseph was very attentive and answered any questions I had in a very quick manner. He had great recommendations for things to do and eat in town. The location is very close to Main Street, maybe a few blocks away, we found it to be the perfect distance. We definitely will be back to visit this home again in the near future. Thank you Joseph!

Great place to relax after a day of shopping and/or wine tasting!

My cousins and I stayed in the College St. Retreat for a weekend get-away. The house was exactly as advertised, and VERY clean! There were 4 of us and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities, and there were plenty of linens. There is a family of deer that like to frequent the backyard in the evenings. Access to the property was easy. The host provided the information a few days ahead of arrival as promised. The location is great; very close to main street. We will definitely be back.
