The Main Suite of Bella Manor is located in the front portion of the home and boasts fabulous soaring ceilings, exposed beams and rock work and spacious living areas. Imported from Portugal, antique front doors open into the beautiful entry with candlelit fireplace with a large flat screen television above. Guests will appreciate the exquisite furnishings throughout, from the beautiful curved sofa in the den to the massive carved wooden beds in each bedroom. The two downstairs bedrooms offer a king size bed with luxurious linens, a flat screen TV with cable selections and a private bath. The front bedroom's en suite bathroom boasts a claw foot tub, separate shower, and his-and-her vanities.
The suite also includes a full kitchen and an attached east-facing sunroom which has a queen size sleeper sofa. Overlooking the beautiful den is a third loft-style bedroom offering two twin beds, a flat screen television and a private bath with a claw foot tub. This bedroom is accessed from an outside staircase.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Bella Manor is a beautiful house within walking distance to downtown Fredericksburg! Comfortable furniture, plenty of space and a wonderful hot tub! Upstairs loft is only accessible from the outside. The kitchen was very well equipped with both a K-cup and regular coffee pot. We enjoyed our visit and highly recommend Bella Manor!

Fantastic Stay

Our group stayed at the Bella Manor Main House for my friend's bachelorette trip and we couldn't have been more satisfied. It was gorgeous, clean, and was just a short walk to the main strip! Highly recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Fredericksburg!

Great quiet location

Great location, near downtown, but far enough off main that parking was easy. Well appointed kitchen and the outside space was great, but bring mosquito spray. If you are a picky sleeper, bring your pillow. Bathrooms were a great size. The upstairs would be perfect with older teens.

We loved our stay!

This house was beautiful and all the appliance you would need in the kitchen. The bedrooms with nicely furnished beds. Very comfortable a lot of towels …very close to downtown Fredericksburg we walk down there every day. Highly recommend staying here. It was wonderful.

AMAZING Beyond Words!

What an absolutely incredible place! I stayed here with 3 of my friends and we really really enjoyed it. Easy to walk to all the things in town but we really just wanted to hang at the house most of the time. Loved it.

Beautiful home

Our friends and I had a great stay in this beautiful home. It was nice and clean, cool and spacious. Outdoor area was also nice but too hot this time to use outdoor fire pit or hot tub. Thanks for a great stay. Will be back!

Amazing Location

The House was wonderful/Spacious/ Fireplace/Firepit/Hot Tub-none of amenities we were able to enjoy this trip to busy-cant wait to return to use all 3/ Directly in the Neighborhood is every Restaurant/Store/Shopping/Gas--all within walking distance or short drive House is beautiful decorated and so quiet-peaceful We loved everything Except pillows were by far not as amazing as mattress was the best/Kitchen has everything to cook and enjoy

Fredericksburg Fun

I booked the house on Schubert for my sister's 70th birthday. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. The house is absolutely gorgeous! We really enjoyed it! The only thing we didn't like was the kitchen door didn't lock so there was access to our area from the laundry room area. The backyard was not nearly as nice as shown in pictures, but the easy walk to Main Street was wonderful! Overall we had a very fun, relaxing time.
