The house was perfect for a girls weekend getaway. Walkable to main street and very comfy. We used both the hot tub and fire pit! The robes were a nice touch for the hot tub. The space had everything you need!

Wonderful Stay at the Love Shack!

We so enjoyed our stay at the Love Shack. Everything was perfect - the place was spotless, well-stocked, and full of thoughtful touches. The towels and robes were especially nice, and we really appreciated the good coffee!We loved the charming decorations and how comfortable and inviting everything felt. The location was great, communication with the owner, and access to the house was excellent. We definitely will be back!

Love shack for our anniversary!!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute little house. Location was great! House was neat and clean. We even tried to make friends with the kitty that passed through the yard to no avail.

Relaxing, Peaceful Getaway!

This house was exactly what our family needed! After the recent passing of our oldest son, we just needed a quick getaway somewhere and chose Fredricksburg and this home. Everything was perfect. The home is so warm and welcoming and the backyard is beautiful and peaceful. It's an excellent location to the main street, so we walked into town to the restaurants and little shops and all the people are so friendly. We will definitely be booking again on our next visit.

Awesome spot!

Really enjoyed our stay here in Fredericksburg! The house was great and just as described and shown in the pictures. Definitely walkable to downtown but we ended up driving each time because it was our first time in Fredericksburg and we headed down 290 after we were done in downtown each time. The hot tub was great after our days of exploring. We would definitely stay here again when visiting!

Perfect girlfriend getaway

This was my second stay at the Love Shack. It never disappoints. The whole experience was wonderful and you can't be the location. Absolutely loved having coffee outside by the fire pit on the cool, crisp mornings. Doing the same in the evening but sipping on a nice glass of wine from a local winery. Will be back!

The house was perfect for a quick Fall Break getaway. We were close to all of the things that we wanted to do in town and it was a quick drive to the winerys. We did a different winery each day - as well as - Enchanted Rock, Pacific War museum, and lots of great food. The beds were very, very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and helpful in accommodating our first winery visit.
