Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
When we got to the property, there was toilet paper thrown on the patio deck, a long piece of aluminum siding on the deck. Hot tub not working, fire pit not working (no propane), loose parts and trash on side of deck. My wife hurt her foot, hitting it on a loose plank on the deck. The plank was sticking up about two inches higher than the rest. On the inside the sink had a broken valve handle and just left on the counter. This stay was in November, I sent pictures right there and then of the conditions. I have talk to the rental company more than a handful of times just to get a partial refund for not being able to use the hot tub, other amenities and my wife hurting her foot. All I get is the runaround, they haven't done anything about it. I didn't ask for my money back just think I deserve some compensation. Bad business
