Good location for visiting family

Prpoerty manager easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. Clean, close to historic Fredericksburg and grocery store. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are upstairs which was difficult for my disabled sister. Something to consider if you have elderly or disabled persons in your group. Otherwise a good place to stay.

Dillard Summer Vacation

Our stay at the home was good. We had one hiccup that was the door combination wouldn’t work for about 5 minutes. Called the manager of the property and he responded quickly. Other than that the house was very clean. The neighbors were quiet. We enjoyed a BBQ with a few family members on Saturday for a birthday celebration. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

Will most definitely try and rent this property again my next visit to Virginia. Very clean home. Quiet neighborhood. There’s a couple of things that should be considered: Need to provide several more wash cloths, there were only 3. And there’s a coffee pot but no coffee cups and there needs to be an ironing board. Minor fixes. Totally loved the place!!

Great stay in VA

This is a very comfortable home in a nice quiet neighborhood . The property manager was very responsive to all my questions and quick to fix a very minor issue that arose( a beeping smoke alarm). I will definitely consider this home again when staying in Fredericksburg.!!
