"This was a great hotel other than the rooms we had required about 6 stairs to get there.. This may not seem like a lot but with very heavy luggage it was. It would be so easy to make 1/2 the width of the steps a ramp and save guest’s backs!"

"Great front desk personnel.Beautiful lobby& restaurant,very appealing. Our room was spacious; the bed was comfortable My only problem was with the shower curtain. It seems the curtain could be a more water resistent and possibly some weighted piece in the base The floor easily gets wet and is slippery and unfortunately one uses towels on the floor."

"We loved staying here. It was comfortable and roomy. We were able to open the windows for fresh air. It was clean and comfortable. There is no refrigerator which is the only problem to keep your drinks cold or leftovers but I would still rate it high. Thanks. We will definitely be back!"

"Really great location - so close to Copenhagen station. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. However there seemed to be an issue with the plumbing, creating wafts of sewage through the room. To combat this smell, we opened the windows, which allowed a lot of noise to enter from the busy street - so sleeping was a bit tricky. There was no air conditioning but the fan provided much needed comfort."
