The room was run down, bugs on the floor, the sheets were moist from the moisture in the room, the coffee maker and phone were broken, the hi/med/low on the AC didn’t work. "Great, quality lodging compared to the other choices for the same price. The breakfast was fantastic! Pre-made pancakes, cheese omelette's, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, oatmeal. I saw people complain about the $7 parking fee in previous posts. Not sure if we will get charged or not. If so, it's not a big deal to us. We travel a lot and feel that the price paid was fair for the quality."

"We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quite the cottage had to offer. The porches surround three sides of the building nestled in the woods/mountains of TN. The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired.
