"Probably won’t be staying here again. Place was too dirty for me. Doors held together by screws threw them. Front door poorly latched. Futon was falling apart. Fridge was disgusting: "

"We were there for a week and all was great. Most days we ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant, sat out by the fire at night, did laundry in the clean laundry room and used the printer to print our boarding passes to fly home."

"For the price, this Hyatt does not deliver. Ice machines inoperative, room refrigerator leaked. Musty smell in room. Suite rooms very small. No in house restaurant. Staff were great, but overall, a very poor delivery for the price. We chose this Hyatt because it was more expensive than other local area hotels and assumed it would deliver based on the brand and price. It failed to deliver. Felt like the exact same delivery we could have gotten for $100 less a night."
