"Its a very neat and clean little place. Deon is so kind and helpful. The neighborhood is a little loud. Its right off a busy street. There was a sound machine in the main bedroom if you need that sort of thing. We knew this when we arrived, so just research before you go. One room has kids beds and the other a nice bed for adults."

"Newly renovated, which is great. Closed gated parking. Service was ideal. Room was new, so floors were a little dirty and furnishes needed a few finishing touches and/or additions would be very helpful - a small shelf in the shower for soap and shampoo, towel rack, toilet paper fixture, hangers in the closet, handles on the drawers, alarm clock - little stuff like that. Comfortable bed and pillows, enough space with layout. Other rooms are being renovated, so a lot of potential here. Very close to being a 5-star experience."

"Townhome is located near Kaiser Hospital. The "community" is located within small-road neighborhood but the quick surrounding area does not feel safe as there are MANY people roaming at night(very sketchy). The host texted the code for the "gated" community, but that gate does not lock throughout the day or night. Anyone can come and go as they please, so it was pointless. The community itself is poorly kept. I saw kids and even older adults littering the community. At night there were many get-togethers/parties going on outside. Walls are thin so it was very loud. There were gunshots heard some nights.The home itself: the back sliding door does not lock &is sealed "locked" with a wooden stick. Does it work, sure. But that's not very professional in my opinion. The lower level was cooler than the 2nd floor (our stay was during June). 2nd floor takes a while to cool down. The rooms don't have curtains so all 3 rooms were very hot during the day. The rooms could use more pillows. The master closet could use a light in there. The post is misleading saying the 2 bathrooms offered bathtubs when there is only one full bathroom and a half bathroom. The dishes in the cabinets were not thoroughly cleaned (smeared with grease on some dishes and crud on others). There could be more seasonings offered in the cabinet. The couch was not cleaned (looked in the cracks and under the seating to find candy wrappers and water bottles that didn't belong to us). I really wanted to like the place."

"Booked this last minute as other rental canceled on us. Kitchen not stocked well. Can barely boil water.Lots of yard lights - and barking dogs. Beds are ok.. plenty of space.. would rentAgain if I needed to."
