Right on the water, with spectacular views- sunrise on the North Sea. The owner was easy to reach by phone and email. The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed."

"OMG! You have to stay here! Anne & Dougie are extremely welcoming and attentive hosts. The Yurt we stayed in was so clean, comfortable and warm which was needed as it was freezing outside - the hot tub was needed! The cabin had everything we needed in it. The communal room was very well laid out with lots of entertainment for all ages. The location was perfect for a relaxing break and we will definitely be coming back!! Cannot recommend enough, the quality of the whole site is excellent!"

The grounds and surrounding areas to the property are beautiful. Alan, the host was good at communicating and replied very quickly to any queries I had. "This was our 5th stay and we love it. It’s so peaceful and has everything you could need. Allan, the host, is great at keeping in touch and always available if needed. Fully recommended for those who love walking and the peace and quiet. But close enough to Aberdeen and other surrounding town. Well situated with great views of the harbour, the property is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. For those working remotely, like myself, wi-fi is fast and reliable, making it easy to stay productive. Can't recommend their place highly enough for a relaxing week away from the city."

"The cabin was clean, cosy and well provisioned. The location in a small wooded area surrounded by fields, with the river Derwent flowing by was glorious. We went for early morning woodland walks followed by wild swimming in the river which flowed extremely close by - idylic. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding location. We loved our stay and hope to return"
