When it's time to dine, the well stocked kitchen provides enough space for two chefs to prepare meals over granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stove with five burners and a griddle. Enjoy ample seating including dining room table which seats eight and room for four more at the breakfast bar. Continental Divide views can be enjoyed from the dining room table, living room sofa, hot tub, and adjacent outdoor patio. We loved this spot, which we rented for my father's 70th birthday. It was close to town, beautifully decorated, clean, and had thoughtful touches like kid's books and some toys for our little ones. We loved our stay!

Wonderful place to stay
This place had everything we needed- lots of space, great kitchen, comfy beds, nice decor. All in a great location. And the hot tub! My son said he wished he could stay longer!
We had everything we needed; this house is immaculate and so well set up. The beds were comfy, the big table fit our whole family and the location was convenient to so many adventures!
Five of us from the same family, ages ranging from 17 to 75 stayed here and it was perfect for our group. A kitchen, dining table, hot tub, garage, four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath tucked in a charming neighborhood close to both Fraser and Winter Park was just what we were hoping for during our getaway. The cleanliness was a plus.
My family, 9 total aging from 6 months to Grandma had a fantastic time at this property in Fraser. The views were fantastic, plenty of space and room to move, beds were amazing, large kitchen and dining space for prepping, eating and game night. And we loved the hot tub and hiking trails just outside the back door. We will definitely be back! Oh and our 11 yo King Charles Cavalier enjoyed himself as well!

Our family of 12 went up for a couple of nights and loved it here. The place is beautiful, clean and updated. It is well taken care of and spacious. The room with the Queen bed was a little uncomfortable and squeaky but not a deal breaker. Hot tub and so relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Beautifully furnished , warm, modern home. Great spot in Fraser just between Winter park and Devils Thumb Ranch. Felt secluded but just 5 minutes from Safeway, restaurants and tubing hills.The home was perfect for families with kids table, movie room and bunk room. All bedrooms on one floor which was great for our stay with small kids. Great home!

Great house for our family ski week in February. Spacious living area with second family room, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms. Management company very responsive and easy to work with.
Loved the hot tub! Was great every night and never had any problems. The location is perfect! Like 2-3 minutes from the lifts. I’ve always done ski in ski out but this was honestly great as well. The house was clean and we had no complaints.
Our stay in the Winter Park area could not have been better. We had 3 generations including 3 teenagers and a 6 month old puppy. Location was great. Condo was spectacular. We loved having a double driveway that enabled us to park both our vehicles. We will definitely be coming back.
The management had a Christmas tree by the fireplace and a wreath on the door! We were seven adults, four young children and one mid-sized dog. We had a great time and appreciated the well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Terrific holiday!

Brand new unit. Excellent layout. Efficient and tastefully furnished. Bus stop right in front. The whole family loves it. Love to be back.
Great house with plenty of space for everyone to spread out if they want. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, etc....The management company communicated with us before arriving so our questions were answered and they were quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. Overall a great experience!!!

Great house!
Perfect house to gathering family and friends. Easy walk to bus for skiing. Having a second family room I was nice to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked!! Very comfortable beds. Very quiet neighborhood. We have stayed in winter park/Fraser many times is this house has been our favorite. Close to Rec center and Vicious Cycle brewing.
Normally you look at the pics and you know it probably doesn’t look that good. Not the case this time. Beautiful property within walking distance of Fraser and Winter Park. Mgt company does a great job reaching out to make sure we have everything we need. Bus stop is just up the road for easy access to skiing.
Great location for our party of 8-10 adults, ages 25-65, during last week of December. Bedrooms gave lots of privacy to all of our couples… and the hot tub access was perfect… used it every day.
Great access to both downhill and x-country skiing (Snow Mountain Ranch YMCA - 15 min drive - was fantastic). COVID reduced all bus access to the mountain, but we adapted easily. We found that driving to the resort and parking at the Village Cabriolet worked best for our group… shortest walk and least waiting at end of day. Pay for parking with phone app keeps you from waiting at ticket machines.
Great access to local supermarket! Really helpful as we are every meal at house!

Cleanliness of property was a little disappointing upon our arrival but property management was very responsive. Nice views from the family room/kitchen, comfortable beds, user friendly kitchen and spacious dining area. Hot tub was a hit too! One of us is a light sleeper so heard the train nightly but we have stayed on this side of the highway before and it comes with the territory.
Great house, very clean, we loved been able to play with snow outside and also is very close to winter park resort. I hope sometime soon to make other vacation plans and return. We felt like we were at home. I just recommend if customers arrive at night leave the light outside on, so they can be able to see the 210 number, to us being there for the first time arriving late, first time snow experience, was a little bit confusing. But everything else 100% recommend.
