Beautiful & Luxurious home on 1 acre - with private HOT TUB, 2 master suites both with King beds, Bunk Room with 2 sets of bunks Twin/Twin & Full/Full beds, plus 2 pullout couches– a Queen on the main floor & a Twin size in the lower level master suite, 3.5 bathrooms, one with a steam shower, sleeps 11 comfortably. Two family rooms both with 4K HD TV. Walk 3 minutes to the free bus shuttle to Winter Park Resort, or drive 6 miles to ski at Winter Park Resort or drive 33 miles to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park. High vaulted ceilings with natural log beams, rustic mountain decor & hard wood floors with in-floor radiant heat welcome you upon entering this home. The open concept family room features a comfortable leather couch & 2 chairs that face a large flat-screen TV atop the gas fireplace mantle which is adjacent to the bar seating at the granite kitchen counter & the dining room table (seats 6-8). A great place to stay while in the Rockies.

Rocky Mountain Getaway

Beautiful area with plenty to do for the whole family, and then a wonderful home to come back to. The gourmet kitchen was a hit, as we only dined out twice during the week. This is the third time we have stayed in the home and remains our favorite VRBO rental of all time!!

Wonderful Time!!!

This home was beautiful and decorated nicely. It was very clean and Maureen was easy to reach and very helpful and responsive to our questions. We have stayed many places in Winter park and this was our favorite place. Hope to come back next year.

Great Retreat

My family of five stayed here with three other friends to ski during spring break, and it was great! Very clean, well furnished with plenty of room and a location that was convenient to multiple shops and WP! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, not too far from Rocky Mountain National Park

Modern and attractive home. Plenty of space, very comfortable furnishings. Close to restaurants and grocery store. The kitchen includes a large island and a large eating area and has everything that you would need.

Winter Park Getaway

We found the property quite clean and spacious. It was the perfect distance from the resort with convenient shopping and restaurants. All 6 of us had our own beds and garage parking made for easy mornings.

Awesome Views and Accomodations

This property is very well maintained and stocked. The kitchen had all of the pots, pans, and appliances one would need. The house is well decorated and very comfortable. The views from the upstairs living/dining room were wonderful. This was a great place to stay while visiting the area and would recommend it to anyone.

Home away from home

Had a great stay. The home is incredibly well stocked - completely updated and in a great location. We're now empty nesters and looking at properties to stay in for 2+ weeks to try out working away from our main property and this one felt like 'home'. Will definitely be back. Only 'complaint' is check in is a bit late at 5:00 but plenty to do in town to pass the time until walking into this beauty.

Beautiful Home

Had a wonderful time. This is a beautiful home. We only had 2 people but perfect for 2 couples with children. Everything was as good as listed or better. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking. It isn’t real private with neighbors fairly close but was very clean and warm! Would highly recommend

Great for a group of friends

Easy access from town. Clear instruction to enter the property. Had all the appliances and amenities inside the home. We went tubing which was 8 mins away. Close to grocery which was great to have. Hot tub was a plus of course. Thank you for having us.

This was an absolutely beautiful home in an amazing location! Very well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms! They have thought of everything and then some! We had an amazing time on our first (and definitely not last) trip to Colorado! While we were on the go much of our trip (came to the area for a wedding), the home was very welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend this home if you are planning a stay in the area! Exactly as described! Would love to stay again!

Perfect mountain vacation home

This place has it all. Great location, the house is well adorned throughout, and lots of nice touches. I went there with friends, enjoyed the kitchen and family room setup on the main floor. Covered hot tub with view outside the basement hangout is top notch. Would be great for families as well, has pack n play, high chair, gates for starts. The host was great, clear quick communication. Fixed our clogged sink, and didn't give us too hard a time when they found we put a few too many veggies in the disposal.

Amenities abound!

This is a beautiful property with upgraded finishes and details. We have stayed at a lot of places and most only give you one roll of toilet paper, one trash bag, no coffee pods, etc. etc. This host provides plenty of paper goods and the kitchen is very well stocked! Dishes in abundant supply, even reading glasses if you forgot to bring yours! The beds were comfortable and the linens were top rated! Thank you for thinking of everything! The property is conveniently located to a grocery store, restaurants and sits between Winter Park and Granby. It’s a short drive to Grand Lake and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The fall color was spectacular and the elk were out in large herds in RMNP.

Welcome to your vacation.

To begin - we are a family of 5 on our annual ski trip. This VRBO hit almost all of our boxes. Well apportioned kitchen, beds were comfy and the bathrooms did not disappoint. Downstairs, smart TV, a very nice couch & 2 bedrooms.The upstairs living space, although lovely with a gas fireplace and two pretty nice recliners (that do not face the smart TV), the couch -- OUCH! not comfy, 5 minutes and - awful. Please replace.The hot tub is nice but too small for 5 adults. Works best for 2 - 4.And now the real reason I did not give this property a 5 start rating ... it wasn't the property - it was the "information" material I received just prior to our arrival. Full of threats- fines if you don’t take trash can to the curb on Wednesdays! Clearly, guests are expected to CLEAN the house before leaving AND LEAVE A TIP GOR THE CLEANERS. Trash to the curb, sheets to the laundry room, towels washed. The list goes on. Remember - it is our vacation. We pay You to do the housework. Please, please, please rewrite your “welcome” package.
