The unit offers 1,101 square feet with a tri-level floor plan with a private deck off the main living room of the unit and is located on the front of the building providing mountain views.
In the living room there is a wood burning fireplace, TV with VCR, free Wi-Fi and a queen sofa sleeper all nicely accented in a country theme found in the furnishings.
During meals guests will have seating for 6 persons at the table and chairs with 3 additional spots at the breakfast bar.
Newly renovated counter tops, cabinets and most appliances, the kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware and dishes.
The common hallway on the main floor has one full bathroom.
A master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bathroom are located on the lower level of the condominium. One queen bed and access to the hallway bathroom on the lower level is the second bedroom. Third bedroom is on the upper floor of the unit in the loft area and has its own bathroom.
The property is on the free town shuttle and located 2 miles from downtown Winter Park and 5 miles to the Winter Park Ski Resort.
Club Meadow Ridge clubhouse offers an outdoor heated pool, over-sized hot tubs, work out facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access. During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy. If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
