Beautiful home in Fraser with great breathtaking views and private hot tub

Wonderful views of Byers Peak from this 5 bedroom + loft, 4.5 bath home! Located in Fraser close to town amenities, ski area, and on the bus route. Open living, dining, & kitchen area with floor to ceiling windows, high ceilings, and plenty of room for your family. The updated kitchen features cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and easy access to the side deck that hosts the BBQ. The main deck is spacious and offers an outdoor dining area.

This beautiful house has everything you need. As soon as you get to the house from the main door you will find stairs to the primary room, living room and garage. The beautiful primary room offers a King bed, a Jetted hot tub, with a walking closet, shower and toilet and large windows. Going down stairs from primary room just across them you will found some other stairs to the loft with a Queen bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Going down stairs you will find a big living room with TV and large sofa with a coffee table and door to the a big balcony on main level. There's also a big kitchen on main level and a dining table setting for 8 people, door to balcony with a BQQ grill and a half bathroom in the hallway. On lower level you will find a 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First bedroom you will find is a 2 twin beds, second room is a King bed with walking closet and door to hot tub and access to hall bathroom. Third room has a Queen bed, fourth room just across has a twin over twin bunk bed and full bedroom just down the hall.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

This house offers an over-sized heated, two car garage with laundry room. Guests must provide their own detergents.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside. Please store in garage. Thank you for your understanding.

This majestic getaway, ideally located less than 7.4 miles of Winter Park Resort. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are 2.9 miles at Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed.
