The condo was great. Everything was clean and comfortable and the owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with. Would definitely stay there again.
This was an amazing stay for my husband and teenage boys while they were snowboarding. Would 100% recommend. Great location and great weekend place for the guys!
We loved staying at this place. It is very convenient, right behind the Fraser Safeway. Very easy commute to the slopes. It was warm (radiant heat!), clean, cozy, and plenty of room for a husband/wife and nineteen year old. The kitchen had everything we needed. Two full bedrooms, two full baths, spacious living area.
The area is very nice and feels like home. The condo is kept up with well and has everything you need. Lots of beautiful things to see close to the area.

The kitchen is enough for the need, Safeway market is close but not close enough to walk' you will need a vehicle. The house is cold in the spring break while watching TV you can feel the air coming in through the window, The hating is not good enough,
We really enjoyed our stay and this condo is the perfect place to start each day from. So close to Winter Park and Snow Mountain Ranch but not in the crowds. James is an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions we had.
Very clean. The only thing that could use improvement is the bunk beds. For kids they are fine, but.
We loved the proximity to the river trail and grocery store. It was also very close to the recreation center where we took the hot air balloon ride. Beautiful setting in the spectacular mountains. Thank you
This is a very nice condo that is in a great location right in the middle of Fraser behind the Safeway. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied. It is close to the Winter Park Resort. The owner is easy to work with. Parking is right in front.
This condo is so cozy and peaceful. I felt comfortable and at home as soon as I walked in. I needed a quiet escape from the city and a relaxing place to decompress after a day at the Winterpark Jazz Fest. It was the perfect place to come for a four day weekend. It is in a location that is quiet but close to the grocery store and restaurants. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. This place would be amazing anytime of the year! It has all the utensils, dishware and items needed for preparing meals. I would stay agin in a heartbeat and bring a few family members or friends along to enjoy it with me.

Close Convenient and Clean
From booking through our stay, James' communication was awesome and timely. We got delayed on our way out and he made arrangements to put the O2 machine we rented into the condo.
The condo was clean and just what we needed for our ski vacation. We have stayed in the area several times before and this by far is the most convenient to WP for either driving or taking the Black/Purple line bus to the hill. Also the in-unit laundry was helpful for minimalist packing for our trip.
Beautiful condo in Fraser, perfect location to everything a family needs! Property had everything that it listed and was very clean on arrival and ready for us. My family enjoyed the board games and the kitchen had everything for us to cook our meals. We definitely will be back to the Waterside Condo and James was the best at responding to any questions or needs. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Overall this property is very good and the owner is super easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the water heater going out on 23-Dec and the owner had a maintenance guy out that night and then a plumbing contractor out on Christmas Eve. Only complaint is that the kitchen is kind of sparse and for a family of 4 we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. Of note, not really a complaint, is that if the complex gets busy they can run out of parking spaces so be mindful of that.
We had a couple of issues at check in. James quickly responded to my text and corrected the problem. Thanks for the generosity of crediting a portion of our bill. Definitely stay here again.
My boyfriend and I rented this condo for two months. It was exactly as listed in the photos, and was very clean when we arrived. It’s located very conveniently about 10 minutes from Winter Park. James was also very communicative and helpful with any questions we had!
