Homewood Suites by Hilton Tucson/St. Philip's Plaza Univ
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was as it should be room wise and the breakfast was above par for a hotel of this class. Maybe the best feature is its location - it basically shares a parking lot with several good restaurants and a bakery / coffee shop. "
"Perfect for a solo traveler, or for a loving couple who just need the basics and not much space. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. One neighbor has a black goat which talks in the morning. It's very cute. Host (who lives in the main house next door) is very courteous and responds almost instantly. Would definitely stay there again."

"Close drive to U of A where my son had his internship at. Grocery shopping, food, cat cafe, & Ross near by. Host was great with any & all communication. Cozy and pretty quiet place to stay with a grill, washer, & dryer. TV in upstairs & downstairs areas as well. Will definitely stay here again if I go to Tucson again"
"Overall a nice experience there was a few flaws but Nicole was always available to contact when needed and was kind enough to help find a solution/compensate for those things. Definitely recommend this place for bigger gathering theres lots of space and activities to take part in."
"This little duplex is extremely clean and well stocked. The host was very communicative when I had questions. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a stay that feels like home."
"Jennifer’s place exceeded all expectations. The home itself was top tier—immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and full of modern flair that made it feel like a boutique retreat. From the furnishings to the layout, everything was curated to create a space that’s both functional and luxurious. The location on the River Walk in Tucson couldn’t have been better. Whether I wanted to take a quiet walk, explore the city, or just enjoy the scenery, everything I needed was right outside the door. It was peaceful, safe, and ideally situated for my trip. What truly set this stay apart, though, was Jennifer. She was more than accommodating—proactive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure my stay was seamless. Her communication was timely and helpful, and she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. This wasn’t just a great rental—it was a full experience. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Tucson, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality, comfort, and exceptional hospitality."
