  • Thorn Creek Cottage is 3 bedroom, 2 bath, spacious cottage on 60 acres of private land and one half-mile of spring-fed native trout stream, great for fly fishing. It is also adjoining 528 acres of West Virginia wildlife management area. Enjoy peace and tranquility on this property and the best of nature that West Virginia has to offer. This property is 5 minutes from Thorn Spring Park, also central to many of Pendelton County's attractions, such as Fisher Mountian Golf Club & Resort. Some things to do nearby for guests-

    Bike and mountain bike riding are great on this low traffic scenic road!

    Fishing poles are not provided on the property so be sure to bring your own if you plan on fishing!

    A gas grill and grilling accessories are available on the property, as well as s’mores/hot dog sticks for the fire pit. We do have firewood we ask you use 10 sticks for free before paying a dollar a piece. There is also a newly build gazebo in backyard, bring a Bluetooth speaker for music & drinks by the river!
