    This inviting 3-bedroom and 2-bath home comfortably accommodates up to six guests with warm and welcoming living spaces. Large windows frame spectacular mountain views, filling the home with natural light and unforgettable scenery. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing everything easy, while the open living area offers comfortable seating, a fireplace, a TV, and Wi-Fi for movie nights or catching up after a long day. Outside, the spacious deck quickly becomes everyone's favorite gathering place. Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please clean out the fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and grill if used. -Start a load of towels in the washing machine on the highest temperature setting.
-Please set the thermostat to the Cooling Function at 75 with fan on Auto in the Spring and Summer months, and set to 60, with heat on during Fall and Winter months
-Please advise if any beds/rooms were not used or if any damages occurred during your stay. Lastly, please inform us 1 day prior to checkout if you intend to leave before 10:00 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
