Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
This isn’t the worst short term rental I’ve stayed in but it was by far not the best. First off I had to message the host because at 8PM when we were almost ready to arrive at the location I realized they never sent information about how to check in. They did respond fairly quickly which was good. Second, it was hard to find when arriving as there is a car wash smack in front of the apartment building. I would have appreciated a heads up on that just for ease of getting in. But the worst part was that this place did not look like it had been cleaned. Beds were new and sheets relatively clean (did have stains on one room’s sheets), clean towels in the bathroom. But the rest of the apartment was dirty. It has the feeling of if college kids had lived there, moved out, and then it was immediately listed for short term rental. Overall it was a place to crash so not the worst, but the host can definitely improve.
