"The apartment itself was satisfactory, but I strongly advise against booking with this host. After our departure, the host has repeatedly ignored all requests for our deposit refund, despite us causing no damage during our stay. I paid both the deposit and cleaning fee in good faith, but the host is now refusing to refund the deposit and is unresponsive to all communication."
