Pretty Central to tourist attractions, mostly within one or two stops using U4. Hotel is in very good condition and offers excellent breakfast buffet. Staff members are helpful.

The Maritim Hotel is located in a nice area of Frankfurt and is very neat and clean. Great spot to stay.

Great shower and the breakfast was very good although would be nice for them to make some changes daily as we were there for six days. Right at Messe which was nice. The air conditioning was very poor and the were nice to bring a fan but the days were hot and it was uncomfortable. They need to update wall connection for computers and add smart tv and need more gym equipment. Sauna was not working. Beds and pillows comfortable.

They didn't clean our room a couple days and when they did clean they did not wipe anything down or mop. It was dirty.

The hotel is showing it wear. The rooms were dusty and pretty dirty with stains on floor and furniture. Most of the staff were not helpful at all but there were a few that were good and tried to help.

I have stayed at this hotel before due to the convenient location next to the Messe, I am glad the hotel was renovated, it is extremely clean and now the staff is kind and friendly, this was not the case before. Still the people at the terrace restaurant are rude and unfriendly, do no have dinner at this restaurant. The best person was Tony from the lobby bar, he was very friendly

This service level at this hotel is minimal, there is a kettle in the room but no cups (you have to go and get those from the bar), if you ask for your room to be cleaned they make your bed but don’t take away the dirty cups. The breakfast is ok, but not particularly good and things are not replenished once they run out even when service lasts for another hour. The restaurant was closed on one day of our stay and while there was a small sign in the lift, no-one brought this to our attention on check in. To plug a phone charger in beside the bed you have to unplug the lights. The swimming pool area is clean but basic.
