Nestled on a quiet drive on Crystal Lake's amazing south shore, this beautiful home has plenty of space for the whole family. Three bedrooms offer privacy for adults, the kids can stay in the 'play room', which is nearly soundproofed from the rest of the house and has a convertible bed and a murphy bed. The bathroom includes a step-in shower with grab bars, and the outdoor shower will allow you to easily spritz away the sand after a day on the lake.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Horrible smell, probable health hazard - DO NOT RENT

This is a beautiful house, and should make for a great vacation. However, two days into our stay an overwhelming stench started to permeate area of the house where the bedrooms are. One of the rooms because entirely unusable, and I had to move my daughter out of there. A Vacasa rep came to investigate, and agreed that it smelled like mold, or something rotting in the walls. The issue was not resolved during our trip, and I have yet to hear from anyone at Vacas about any sort of compensation. Something seems very wrong in this house, and until it is resolved, no one should be staying there.

Issues this year

We’ve been renting this house for the last 5 years without problems, this year though we had a few. 1. The a/c leaked all over the floor In the maintenance room and hall. We reported it and instead of calling my cell they sent a text to my house phone so I had to call them back the next day to get it fixed. 2. There was no hot water in the kitchen or half bath sinks. Other than that the house was fine.
