The house has its quirks but is in a great location for bourbon trail travelers. Our group enjoyed our stay and would stay again on our next visit to Frankfort.

Bourbon Trail Stay

The place was a perfect location for our stops, especially Buffalo Trace. Place was very clean and check in and out were super easy. Only suggestions are blackout shade on master bedroom window facing the gun shop and shades on the living room window would have been nice.

Close to Louisville and Lexington

Everything was wonderful! Kitchen was very well stocked for our family dinner. Plenty of room for all eight of us to eat, visit, and sleep in comfort. I would stay here again 🙂

Perfect for a group

The property was great for our trip visiting a few of the distilleries east of Louisville. The house was clean and well equiped. Also very easy to access with tons of parking.

Impressed with how clean the house was. Plenty of room and seating. We arrived late so we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard area but are already planning to visit again.

Very well maintained and extremely clean property. Neighborhood is quite. Lot of traffic on the hwy it sits on but not an issue really. Handy location for seeing the sites of the area.

Family Get Together

We had a great time with our stay. Seven adult family members got together from multiple states to have some bourbon trail fun. The house was a perfect location for hitting the trail. It was clean, comfortable and as advertised. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy our family time.

We went to see the ark encounter, visit downtown and spent some time with family traveling from different places. Walmart was close by. The drives were beautiful. The house was cute and comfortable. Kids played w the games. Highly recommend

We weren't expecting much from this booking other than a place to lay our heads. The photos give off a grandma's place vibe. It is exponentially nicer that that. Lots of updates, very clean, and well located. Will stay again.

Perfect for Buffalo Trace visit

Everything was good. Spacious, clean, fully equipped with all the necessities. Only thing I’d say fix is the Keurig. Only brews one cup at a time and was super slow.

The place had a faint smell of cats ( maybe liter box). Nice and roomy and clean. Enough towels and bedding. I would like to know if anyone found a pair of sunglasses. I’ve lost mine and their prescription. Please let me know.

Very convenient and comfortable

The master bed was like heaven!!! The stairs leading into the home were tricky to navigate especially covered in snow. It might be a good idea to toss down salt prior to arrival if the weather is rough. And the entryway into the home was extremely slippery without a rug to catch traction. But overall it was very convenient in location, very well stocked and met our needs.

Nice House!

The house was very nice and worked well for us. There are 2 suggestions that I have....1 - Add railing to the bottom portion of the steps up from the driveway. I have a knee issue and felt a little insecure on them. 2 - Raise the cabinet/mirror combo in the main suite bathroom a few inches, to allow more room when brushing one's teeth. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. I would recommend this house to friends.

Nice location

House is very cozy. Kitchen was pretty well supplied. 5 wash clothes for 7 of us. Back yard was nice and private. We are larger people. The king size bed was nice. The queen bed was in the bedroom with the twin bed, which was ok. Our biggest complaint was the double bed that was extremely high. We had originally planned for our ekderly parents to sleep in. It was way too high for them to even consider sleeping there. All in all the house was nice. bed was nice
