8/10 Good

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
The space was great. Good bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen and living space but no broom or usable vacuum so the floor got bad. As well lots of dog hair left behind. Don’t plan to cook much, pans were terrible. Part of the family enjoyed the pool, convenient but the beach isn’t close, a good 1.5 miles, closer than our home but still had to drive to beach. Host responded quickly to all my messages.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
My wife and I were disappointed about the musty odor and dusty surfaces. The neighbors seemed suspicious of our presence and repeatedly blocked our entrance to the driveway. The dishes in the kitchen cabinets were dirty and needed to be washed. There were no instructions of how to get to the community pool. Overall the weekend experience was poor and would not recommend to others.
