New building 2019 and first occupancy: Unique penthouse on very high equipment level, TOP modern, furnished. The entire floor is at your disposal. Everything is barrier-free and can be reached via a modern, large elevator. Technically is thought of everything, from Smart TV via Wi-Fi, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, to E-WC shower not to forget the sensor-controlled waste bin. LED lighting of the washbasin edges are also sensor controlled. Underfloor heating in every room, electric shutters.
Very large balcony and an even larger terrace leave nothing to be desired.

Noce penthouse with a great view

We had an amazing time staying at this apartment. The beds were comfortable, the jacuzzi was a really good addition and the view is great!

Cool in Frankenthal

We spent a week in this lovely apartment and had everything that we needed. Central location, close to shops, bakeries and the station. The apartment was ultra modern and super clean and even had a wrap around balcony which was great to sit out on and look at the view. It was very hot when we were there, so we specially appreciated the air conditioning! The host was very friendly and answered any queries quickly. We would love to return if we are ever in the area again.

Rigtig flot lejlighed med en smuk udsigt over byen og bjerge i baggrunden. Meget lækkert at nyde spa og udsigt om aftenen. Lejligheden lå perfekt ift. byen og spisesteder. Et besøg værd!

Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt neben der Innenstadt

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, die Dachterrasse ist toll. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt, also konnte man alles dort direkt erledigen, was man so benötigt hat.

Whirlpool geht nicht

Wir haben die Unterkunft hauptsächlich wegen dem Whirlpool gemietet und konnten diesen nicht in Betrieb nehmen, trotz mehrfachen Versuchen, da die Sicherung in der Wohnung immer wieder rausgesprungen ist. Daher kann ich es nicht weiterempfehlen wenn man die Wohnung deswegen ausgesucht hat. Leider haben wir trotz Beschwerde keinen Rabatt o.ä. bekommen und auf unsere Kritik/Anmerkung wurde auch nicht eingegangen. Etwas schade. Ansonsten war die Wohnung schön und sauber.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit dem Mietobjekt sehr zufrieden. Schon vor der Anreise wurden uns alle wesentlichen Informationen übermittelt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern ausgestattete mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem wirklich sehr geräumigen Wohnbereich. Weiterhin sehr positiv war der flexible Check-in. Unterm Strich kann ich die Wohnung und den Vermieter sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Gerne wieder, tolle Wohnung!

Sehr netter und ausführlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, auf das Wohlfühlen der Gäste wird hier sehr viel Wert gelegt. Es war alles vorhanden, was es für einen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Sehr sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Diese PH Wohnung ist super modern eingerichtet, ua. mit Klimaanlage, Staubsauger Roboter, WC Anlage mit integrierter Spülung, 2 Dachterrassen, die keine Wünsche offen lassen, super Küche mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine usw., tolle Aufteilung. sehr sauber, großes Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, zusätzlich ein Gäste WC, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, Fahrstuhl im Haus uva. mehr. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Hunde sind auch zugelassen.

Kurztrip Frankenthal

Die Penthouse-Wohnung mit den zwei Balkonen war wirklich top. Die Lage mitten in der Innenstadt war für uns ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren mit dem Rad. Das Auto könnten wir gegen Gebühr im direkt gegenüber liegenden Parkhaus abstellen (5 € p. Tag).
